Even when faced with a seemingly insurmountable total to beat, the boys showed tenacity and always made a game of it. Captain Keanan Naidoo’s 77 off 51 balls againstWestville was particularly commendable. The highlight of the season was a victory against Glenwood in the opening season, during which we managed to defend a total of 119 with excellent bowling performances from Jason Schroder and Matthew Keith, restricting our opposition to 116.
