This fixture,-'specially arranged before our oto sports, proT^ of immense value to us. The.boys are opposed to men who have made a close studyof this branch of sport and who willingly give advice, regarding training and style. Roodt,th0 'field' member of the party showed how easy it is to throw the Javelin and Discus, where balance is the most easantiai factor. In each case handicaps.were given against D.A.C.members end in spite of the oppressive heat, some enjoyable races were wit nessed. We welcomed particulai'ly thethree D.H.S. boys who ran ex ceptionally wolL • Macrae, in particular, will still go far on tho track..
