During the erening same generous donations to the pavilion fund for the navT School were promised. VISIT TO THE SCHOOL; On aocount of the forthoaming move to Botlia'is Hill, the Hugger Hatch with the School was moved for ward to the second term, and took place on Saturday 20th May, The School won a good game by points to , PAVILION FOl'ID; A dance was held under the auspices of the Club at the Umhlali Hall on Saturday, 25th March, to raise monejr for the pavilion fund. The proceeds amounted to over £50, afine tribute to the fins work put in by the Hon. Secretary,Mr,I,'fedworth and other helpers. : t A visitor to the School in the second teimi whom wo have not seen for a long time was A.'lY.S.Mortifee, who was at Kearsney in 1925, He finished his schooling at Queens College,Taunton, and then went on to Cambridge University (Peterhouse), After a short period with Messrs, Boo'bs Tfholesale Chemists, he has now returned to Empangeni to take up sugar farming at home. :t :: 4J;
