Lee 44 Boyd 43 OLD BOYS NOTES At the stone laying there were 48 Old BoyS present, Some of these were from far afield. At the Opening Ceremony of the new School a goodly number of Old Boys were seen, and they did yeoman service in conducting parties round the new buildings. J. N. Hulett has been re-elected the Old Boys' representatOivne the Board of Governors. J. H. Hopkins has joined the Staff, and is proving a most energetic and able addition to the School. B. Walter and Sturgeon visited the College. Walter is doing Survey Work on the Rand, and Sturgeon is with his father at Umnlanga Rocks. J. Charter, down from Nigel, spent Some days at the College, and lectured to the Commercial Class on subjects of interest. W. Pearce has gained a commission with the R.D.L.I, in Durban. 47
