Matches were cancelled through rain, polio and heat but nets and practices were seldom Interrupted. We beat Kloof(twice), Merchiston and Pinetown and were annihilated by Cordwalles. The superlative batting of the latter team shows the value of years of consistent coaching. We have hardly started, by comparison. We envy a Senior School that is "fed" by a Prep. School as proficiently and extensively coached as Cordwalles. 243
