Road Paarl Summerstown Waterfalboven After the relative lethargy of last year, which left tis wondering whether we should ever really get going again,interest in Parliament has kindled like a smouldering grass fire suddenly caught in the breeze. Numbers(over 90) are the highest ever, and there has been genuine enthusiasm, with no absenteeism. At one session over thirty members added their quota of speeches, and, while there has as yet been no outstanding speaker, it is particularly gratifying to see so many, especially cross-benchers, anxious to express their views. For this reason it has been particularly disappointing that
