This team had an average season with 5 wins,l draw and 5 losses. There were some very talented players in the squad who performed well and the team was probably better than the results indicate. However, there were times when the The team was ably lead by Chris Dummer whosefieldplacings and bowling changes were often astute and timely. chips were down, especially in term 4, when more application and determination could have resulted in favourable outcomes.On two occasions in the first term,they showed admirable fighting spirit, winning two matches by two runs. A draw against Maritzburg College in the first term,and a six wicket win in the fourth,showed determination and high level of skill. The team was ably led by Chris Dummer whose field placings and bowling changes were often astute and timely. The team spirit was also good.
