133 CRICKET U14 C This side cricket side had a very shaky start to the season losing games against Michaelhouse,Westville, Maritzburg College and Hilton. The boys then focused their attention at practice and began to churn out results: defeating Maritzburg College, Michaelhouse and Glenwood. The boys showed enthusiasm throughout the season and were lead very well by their captain Cameron Lee. Rob Scott RESULTS Played: 7 Won: 4 Lost: 3 U14 D The side was filled with great spirit and enthusiasm.The abundance of players meant a rotation process had to be used and all the boys showed good maturity and understanding when they were not in the team for a match.While they did not win many games they displayed some good cricket and were able to beat Northwood.The team was slightly diluted in the four th term, but were still eager to play cricket and get huge enjoyment from the experience.The highlight of the season was not in fact any one sterling performance, but rather the sense of humour in the team – there was never a dull moment with these boys.
