They were respectful, kind and courageous and I wish them an even more successful season next year. Matt Conradie RESULTS Played:10 Won: 7 Lost: 3 U15 D The season proved to be good one and this is evident from the results. The boys have great potential and I felt extremely privileged to be involved with such a talented, hardworking and enthusiastic squad of players. I must commend the team’s captain, Bryce Taylor, who lead well throughout the season. It was pleasing to watch these boys mature during the season and see how their decision making and vision on the field improved. Well done gentlemen. Evan Mickleburgh RESULTS Played: 10 Won: 6 Lost:3 Drew:1 U15 E The side was only formulated after the Easter holiday and so was unlucky to play only one match. The boys did well despite losing the game quite heavily. In spite of this the boys attended practices with enthusiasm and commitment. Jake Adam U14 A The team had a very difficult introduction to rugby. They found the going tough and it was apparent that the step up from primary school was more of a jump. They gave of their best and were unlucky in many games. The boys’ eagerness to learn and their passion for the game carried them through some very though games and they have demonstrated that they can compete against the best. They lack consistency to shut their opponents out and learning to do this will stand them in good stead for the future. Hubert van Ellewee RESULTS Played: 12 Won: 2 Lost: 10
