Although we only enjoyed one victory against Clifton, the boys played some good polo against many U16A sides and always gave of their best. Taff Green and Matt Conradie RESULTS Played: 7 Won: 1 Lost: 6 U15 A This year’s season began much later than usual. When training commenced, the boys were fully committed. Results, unfor tunately, did not go our way. I don’t feel that the results reflect the way the games were played as many of the games came down to the last chukka. The undeniable highlight was the great win against Thomas Moore College with the boys playing some of the best water polo I have seen this year and putting to use the skills they had learned in practice. Jake Adam RESULTS Played: 10 Won: 2 Lost: 8 U14 A This was a year where we battled for numbers in the U14 age group. We only had 11 regular players during the season and for too many of the boys this was the first time that they were playing water polo. Therefore many of the boys had to learn new skills to help them cope in this very challenging game. I was very proud to see that the team progressed in every game. In all our games after Top 10 our results were a lot better than at the tournament. One game that stands out is the second game against Clifton where the boys worked very hard on defence and cut down a very good attacking side. I really enjoyed coaching this team and wish them all the best in future . I will be watching them closely and I encourage them to always remember : a fit water polo player is a happy water polo player. Cameron Buys RESULTS Played 14 Won: 3 Lost: 11
