105 Cricket Cricket at Kearsney is dependent on so many people who, in their own way, contribute to the all-round excellence of the sport. Mr Nei l Peacoc k MIC Cricket We also congratulate the following members of staff on their appointment in various capacities in KZN Schools Cricket: Mr Dean Moodley: President of KZN High Schools Cricket; Mr Andre van Zyl: Convenor of Selectors for KZN Coastal Cricket; and Mr Greg Thomson: U19 KZN Coastal selector & KZN U19 Coastal Manager. All in all, a fine achievement. We were also fortunate, during the year, to enlist the services of contracted Dolphins player and former SA T20 player Mr Mangaliso Motshele to help with batting and wicket keeping. He immediately made an impact and we look forward to having him on board again for 2020. Several of our school masters also attained their Level 1 & 2 CSA coaching qualifications and we congratulate them on their achievements. Mr Mike Wolstenholme also conducted a worthwhile umpiring course for our coaches and ‘A’ team captains.
