149 Independent Schools Rugby Festival (Under 17) - 23 to 28 June Kearsney embarked on a tour to Bloemfontein to compete in the Independent Schools Rugby Festival, hosted by St Andrew’s School. Kearsney decided to take quite a young team to see the future talent. After a long bus trip we arrived in the beautiful city of Bloemfontein and were shown to our wonderful accommodation at Bains Lodge. The tour included a one-day trip to an amazing game reserve, and we were fortunate to be given tickets to the Currie Cup final - a first for many boys - where we were treated to some fantastic rugby in the final. A wonderful team spirit was created and Kearsney played some beautiful rugby.
